November 11, 2022 – Rochester, Minn. — Karen Edmonds announced today that Project Legacy received an important $200,000 two-year grant from the Harper Family Foundation for the expansion of youth programming and the development of sustainable financial independence/infrastructure.
"We are deeply grateful to the Harper Family Foundation for this grant which will be transformational for our youth and the sustainability of our program. With this grant, we will be hiring an assistant director and a development coordinator. This grant also includes funding for a year-end matching grant for the Legacy Scholars program,” says Karen Edmonds, Project Legacy Executive Director.

With this donation and matching grant announcement, Project Legacy is reminding the public that gifts made between now and December 31 will be matched dollar-for-dollar, up to $25,000, by the Harper Family Foundation.
